First time here on a Tuesday, which was their Taco Tuesday nights. 9pm is when the social dancing starts. The venue has 3 floors. The main floor has high ceilings and balcony lookout on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has smaller rooms for classes. The main dance floor is quite spacious and has a full bar. They have a few classes that start before 9pm. I came at 8pm to take the salsa 1 for beginners class. It was $15 to drop in for the class. They also had advanced classes available. After my class, 9pm the social dancing started. Most of music was salsa and the occasional bachata and merengue. There were so many people willing to dance so you should have no problem finding someone to dance with. I saw one girl that didn't know how to dance at all and the guy went slowly and taught her some advanced moves. In general the people were nice here. Parking is free across the street in the parking garage. It will say 4 hours max but I don't think anyone cares.

I cannot believe how inexpensive this five star choice is. You surround it with eighty ninety people yet there's no discomfort. The pork sliders are superb. And the band is live . You crazy not to go there

Checked this place out with my gf, front door lady was so nice, bartenders suggested delicious drinks. Vibe and music was amazing. Will come back with friends

Remember Cheers? Well Granada is Cheers with a latin twist. Dont get me wrong. All are welcome ….young old gay straight small large professional dancer novice voyeur. Its a place where many call home. We come to eat drink dance laugh work off steam. And most of all. Celebrate life. All are welcome. Be kind be supportive be respectful. Its a dance hall and instruction space a meet and greet. Its a place to celebrate afro Cuban Guatemalan columbian puerto rican east coast west coast dancing on 2 dancing on 1. We are all here to celebrate the music, the sounds, the musicians, the djs, the instructors. And the owner is too kind and too handsome. Que Rico 😂. See you on the dance floor. Love Rosalyne

I love this place! I come here mostly for the dance lessons and Saturday main floor salsa band. The instructors are amazing, patient and respectful-teaching technique and style. It’s not about flash-it’s about having fun.

I have taken several dance classes t the Granada from group to private lessons. The instructors are fantastic! They encourage students while understanding that everyone is at a different level. It can seem intimidating at first to start taking a class but it is worth it when you have gained the confidence to step onto the dance floor.

The Granadas LA is my absolute favorite Salsa/Latin Dance nightclub with live Salsa music 🎼 every Saturday night!!! The atmosphere, service food, and the staff are incredibly awesome! The Granada offers dance classes that are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and has made it easy to connect with other dancers. The instructors and coaches are professional and take the time to explain styling, musicality, history, technique, and more. I've personally learned so much and look forward to progressing. Every Saturday there's a live salsa band that performs and it's a real treat to dance to! I highly recommend taking the progressive 6-week courses.
